          Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the European Union to Mongolia, Mr.

          Traian Laurentiu Hristea presented his letter of credence to President of Mongolia Mr. Khaltmaagiin Battulga on May 29th.

          Mongolia and the European Union established diplomatic relations on August 1st, 1989. The European Union Delegation to Mongolia had been operating from Beijing, China, until November 2nd, 2017, when the European Union opened its Delegation in Ulaanbaatar.
