          Fayeq Oweis is an artist, researcher, and specialist in the field of Arabization who currently manages his company named "Aqlama Language Services".

          He served as the director of the Language Services Department at Google. He holds a PhD in Arabic and Islamic Studies and worked as a professor of Arabic language and culture at Santa Clara University in California. In addition, he established a project concerned with supporting and empowering women in camps and disadvantaged areas through the "Lamsat Ummi" (My Mother's Touch) Initiative, which focuses on combining Arabic poetry in calligraphy and Palestinian hand embroidery.

          Thus, the project later served as the nucleus of the "Lamsat Ummi" Center and Museum for Arts and Heritage in Deir Dibwan town, east of Ramallah.
