Revaz (Rezo) Ilyich Lagidze (Georgian: რევაზ ილიას ძე ლაღიძე; 1921—1981) — Soviet-Georgian composer.
Biography
He was born July 10, 1921 in the village of Baghdati in the Russian Empire, now Georgia.
In 1948 he graduated from the Tbilisi Conservatory as a composer.

He was a violinist in the Georgian Philharmonic (1941-1945) and later the Georgian Radio (1945-1949) symphony orchestras.
